Where will the sessions be held?

All sessions are held outdoors on the school's playground. Unfortunately there will be no access to toilet facilities during the course.

What equipment will my child need to bring?

Children will need a bike for the course. If your child doesn't have their own yet we have a great range of lightweight bikes on our online shop. We can also lend them one to use during the course (see below instructions).

Does my child need to wear a helmet?

Yes, we require all participants to wear a suitable cycle helmet at all times during the course. We also sell a range of great helmets on our online shop. We can also lend your child a helmet to try out during the course and then they can decide which one to buy afterwards (see below instructions).

How to request to borrow a bike and/or helmet?

To request to borrow a bike and/or helmet, click the "Login" or "register an account" link at the top of this page, then click the link to your profile in top right hand corner of this page and select "Children" on the left hand side and then "edit" on your child's profile.

What should my child wear?

Riders should wear comfortable clothing for the course. It should be suitable for the indoor/outdoor conditions on the day. A long sleeve top and soft trousers (e.g. jogging bottoms) are recommended for comfort. Skirts/dresses are not recommended.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the course.
